Clear answers.
Same clear sources.

The app shows only what its current sources report and labels temporary gaps instead of filling them with sample data.

01

How do I change regions?

In Live, use the map menu in the upper-right corner. Version 1 offers 27 named regions across the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Region selection does not use device location.

02

Why are no aircraft listed?

The selected region may currently report no usable observations, or its source may be temporarily unavailable. The message on screen says which condition the app observed. Try another region or refresh later.

03

What data is live?

Aircraft positions come from ADSB.lol community data. NOAA Aviation Weather Center observations and FAA NAS airport advisories are requested for nearby reporting stations. The source status in each thread identifies what was observed and what is unavailable.

04

Does version 1 include ATC or ACARS?

No. Version 1 includes live aircraft positions and nearby government context only. It does not capture, transcribe, bundle, store, or stream ATC audio, and it does not publish ACARS messages.
